Crystalline Concrete Repair & Waterproofing System

This system combines a fast-setting hydraulic repair compound with a cementitious crystalline waterproofing coating to provide a complete solution for active leaks, structural defects, and long-term waterproofing of concrete.

The repair component is used to immediately stop active water ingress and restore structural integrity, while the crystalline coating penetrates the concrete substrate and reacts with moisture and cement hydration by-products. This reaction forms a non-soluble crystalline structure within pores, capillaries, and microcracks, permanently reducing permeability and preventing water penetration—even under hydrostatic pressure.

A rapid-setting, cement-based material designed to stop flowing water within seconds and seal localized defects.

Function:

  • Providing initial structural repair prior to waterproofing
  • Instantaneous leak stoppage
  • Sealing cracks, tie holes, and construction defects

A cementitious slurry applied to prepared concrete surfaces to provide deep, permanent waterproofing.

Function:

  • Seals static hairline cracks up to ~0.5 mm
  • Penetrates concrete and forms crystalline structures
  • Blocks water pathways within pores and capillaries
  • Enhances durability and chemical resistance
  • Immediate stoppage of active leaks
  • Integral waterproofing (not a surface membrane)
  • Permanent solution—does not delaminate or deteriorate
  • Resistant to high hydrostatic pressure
  • Can be applied on positive or negative side
  • Compatible with concrete and masonry substrates
  • Breathable system (allows vapor transmission)
  • High resistance to chemicals and aggressive environments
  • Non-toxic and VOC-free
  • Reduces need for multiple trades and accelerates construction timelin
  • Remove laitance, coatings, and contaminants
  • Mechanically prepare surface to open pores (CSP 3 recommended)
  • Ensure sound concrete substrate
  • Chip defects to approx. 25 mm width × 37 mm depth
  • Create dovetail groove for mechanical interlock
  • Clean and saturate surface

For active water flow:

  • Apply fast-setting repair compound directly
  • Hold in place until leak is stopped
  • For high pressure, use temporary relief (bleeder hose)
  • Apply bonding slurry (crystalline coating)
  • Fill cavity using dry-pack or repair mortar
  • Compact tightly into prepared groove
  • Pre-wet concrete to Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition
  • Remove standing water before application
  • Apply slurry using brush, broom, or spray Typical coverage: ~0.8 – 1.6 kg/m² per coat
  • Apply uniformly at ~1 mm thickness
  • Second coat applied while first is still “green” (within 48 hrs)
  • Moist cure for 2–3 days (minimum)
  • Keep surface damp to promote crystal growth
  • Protect from extreme weather conditions
